Engaged Diagnostic is a new service for Consultants working in HR areas such as OD, Change, L&D or Performance Management that allows you to generate and provide bespoke employee surveys as an integral part of your consulting methodology.

Engaged Diagnostic helps HR Consultants to focus their activity and their clients’ investment in the areas that matter and then measure the impact of their programmes and projects.

Engaged Diagnostic is a ‘white label service’ where consultant practitioners are provided with a toolkit and the necessary support to deliver professional, bespoke and benchmarked surveys in their own branding for their clients.

Engaged Diagnostic allows you to enhance your own methodology and capability.

What you get with Engaged Diagnostic:

  • a full toolkit that allows you to develop bespoke professional employee surveys for your clients
  • a half day of familiarisation training and ongoing advice when required
  • a speedy, professional and highly experienced back office function with the tools and technology to run online and/or paper based surveys on your behalf, leaving you to look after your client
  • an easy to understand dynamic benchmarked report that provides a clear measure of overall employee engagement in your client organisation
  • analysis of data by demographic and organisational factors

How much does it cost?

There is an annual license to use the Engaged Diagnostic toolkit of £950 plus VAT.

As an introductory offer your first survey will be discounted by £500 down to £1000.

Thereafter a standard fee of £1500 plus VAT each time you conduct an online survey of up to 500 staff*.

incur an incremental charge of £30
per additional 100 respondents
