Engaged will send you an electronic copy of your report within two weeks of the survey close date.
To preserve the anonymity of employees, we will only report on groups with more than 8 respondents. Data Protection legislation prohibits us from reporting individual responses.
Our reports draw attention to groups of employees whose scores are more than 10 points above or below the score for all respondents. This means that scores for employees not shown on a chart for a particular question are within ±10 points of your organisation’s overall score for that question.
Engaged will:
- Report on the demographic make-up of respondents and on each of the questions included in your survey
- Provide an update on the response rate half way through the survey
- Compare results across departments and demographic groups
- For questions with normative data, compare your results with those of other organisations
- For repeat surveys, compare your scores with those obtained last time so that you can track changes.
