The staff survey must be interesting and relevant to employees. If communication is an issue for them, your survey must include some questions on communication. One way to make sure that your survey is relevant is to conduct focus groups with a representative sample of employees and ask them what they particularly like and dislike about their job and the organisation. To encourage employees to be open and honest, it is useful to have an independent third party conduct the focus groups. We have a team of highly skilled and experienced focus group facilitators who will happily help you with this. For further details, please email us.
