Each of the questions taps into at least one of the constructs contained within our House of Engagement model
All questions are phrased as positive statements. Respondents indicate their agreement with the statement using the responses “strongly agree”, “agree”, “disagree”, “strongly disagree” and “no opinion/not applicable”. Opposite are some examples of questions under each of the headings.
Due to the complex nature of employee commitment and engagement, some of our questions relate to more that one heading. For example, “Generally speaking, management and staff respect each other in this organisation” relates to management style and to organisational culture. We have placed such questions under the heading that we feel it most appropriately belongs.
When designing your staff survey, we will group your selected questions so that they appear under the appropriate heading.
Online staff surveys are designed so that respondents can see how many pages of the survey they have left to complete. Most respondents find this very useful.
We can design your online employee survey so that questions are mandatory and employees cannot submit their completed questionnaire until they have answered all mandatory questions. This can be useful in terms of reducing missing data. You can select which questions you would like to be mandatory and which you would like to be optional.
