Some organisations find that offering employees an incentive can encourage participation. A technique that we have found particularly effective is the organisation making a small donation to a chosen charity for every completed questionnaire. Another technique is to offer a prize, for example a free lunch or free cinema tickets, to the team or department with the highest response rate. The incentive must appeal to employees.
