How Engaged will work for you

Engaged will help you to understand the drivers of engagement in your organisation and to develop strategies to achieve sustainable employee engagement.

Occupational Psychologists and research professionals at Edgecumbe Research, one of the UK’s leading employee research companies, have called on over 25 years experience to develop Engaged. Engaged provides 140 questions that tap into employee satisfaction, commitment and engagement. Engaged provides employee benchmark data for most of these questions, so enabling you to compare your scores with those of other organisations. The benchmarks are based on more than 150 surveys involving over 170,000 employees from all types of organisations all conducted in the past three years.

Once you have registered you will receive the Engaged Client Workbook, a Word document containing our Engaged question bank.

Then carefully select from our question bank up to 80 questions that you would like to include in your employee survey. If you wish, you can include up to 10 additional questions of your own using our five-point response scale (“strongly agree”, “agree”, “disagree”, “strongly disagree”, “no opinion/not applicable”) and three open-ended questions that are particularly relevant to your organisation and survey objectives.

Once we receive your selected questions and introductory text, we will launch your survey. This can be an online employee survey, on paper or a combination of the two.

When the survey closes, Engaged analyses the results and generates reports of the findings using its sophisticated report generator software. Reports are sent to you within two weeks of the closing date.

You will also receive:

  • Suggested demographic questions to choose from. For example; age, length of service, etc.
  • Guidance on best practice to help you design your questionnaire
  • Introductory text that you can include and edit at the beginning of your questionnaire. This details how the questionnaire should be completed, the purpose of the survey and the survey close date.
