Reporting

Our reports include easy-to-read charts that highlight the overall performance in the organisation compared with our norms against each question. Questions are grouped by key topics such as communication, management style etc. We also include written commentary illustrated by free text comments drawn from the questionnaire. We use regression analysis to highlight the factors with the most influence over attitudes, thereby helping to prioritise and manage follow up actions.

The report is then presented to the client management team. From the mass of statistics, we extract from the data the key messages and provide an honest assessment of the findings. Our interactive presentations include conclusions and recommendations to be discussed with the management team.
