We will administer the employee survey process on your behalf.

This is the process of gathering data, analysing it and feeding back to you. Throughout this key stage, working with a project team or manager, we advise on all aspects of the survey. We create and agree a project plan with you, and regularly discuss progress. In most cases we will organise and implement qualitative research, usually through focus groups to identify questionnaire topics. Once the questionnaire is agreed and fully tested we will provide a secure site for online surveys. It has a helpline facility in case there are issues or queries. With paper questionnaires we will manage the logistics process including printing, distribution, managing returns and data entry.

Once we have the data our research team will prepare and present your report with clear summaries and outline recommendations of areas for attention. We are helped in this by using analytical techniques to examine the pattern of answers to the questions in the survey.

We will also analyse the data and produce detailed reports as required by you to present results by organisational or demographic groups.
