Our Research Team
Dr Jo Beale, PhD, MSc, BSc (Hons)
Jo is an Occupational Psychologist with seven years experience in designing, implementing and analysing large-scale staff surveys. Jo completed her PhD in Occupational Psychology in 2009. Prior to joining Edgecumbe, she was a Senior Research Associate at Cardiff University where she worked with manufacturing companies to explore the extent to which psychological factors determine the willingness of their employees to adopt discretionary behaviours and a broader, more integrative role within the workplace.
At Edgecumbe Jo has led several research assignments with clients from a wide range of sectors. She also applies her professional skills with the Edgecumbe Consulting team.
Marta Kedziora, MSc
Marta is our Research Manager, supporting and supervising all parts of the research process. She has a Masters degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics in Poland.
Marta leads our office team and oversees the management of all our research projects, liaising closely with our clients and our consultants. Marta is very much at the centre of things and ensures that all projects run smoothly and on time. Marta has a rare blend of outstanding project management, analytical and people skills.
Sarah George, BSc (Hons)
Sarah joined Edgecumbe Research in 2008. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of West England and is working towards a Masters in Occupational Psychology at Birbeck College. Sarah’s role involves working on research projects including focus groups and employee interviews as well as setting up online surveys, organising paper surveys and producing reports.
She also overseas the management and administration of our 360° services including Edgecumbe Doctor 360 and Primary Colours.
Claire Romaines BSc (Hons)
Claire is a Psychology graduate from Newcastle University and is the most recent recruit to the Research team. She joined in 2010 to support Research and 360° projects.
Claire is working towards a Masters in Occupational Psychology at Leicester University.
