Jo Beale BSc (Hons), MSc
Jo is an Occupational Psychologist with six years experience in designing, implementing and analysing large-scale employee surveys. Prior to joining Edgecumbe, Jo was a Senior Research Associate at Cardiff University where she worked alongside Senior Management Teams at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Imperial Tobacco and Arvin Meritor to help them explore the extent to which psychological factors such as personality, job satisfaction and organisational commitment determine the willingness of their employees to adopt discretionary behaviours and a broader, more integrative role within the workplace. Jo has just completed her PhD in Occupational Psychology.
Gemma Phillips BSc, MSc
Gemma obtained her first degree in Computer Science and subsequently spent two years working as an IT Consultant. She then retrained as an Occupational Psychologist, obtaining a First Class Honors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University.
Gemma’s blend of IT and psychology skills ensures she is well suited to delivering employee surveys – setting them up for online usage plus analysing and interpreting results effectively.
Marta Wozniak MSc
Marta is a research administrator, supporting all parts of the process. She has a Masters degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics (Poland). Marta is responsible for the administration and analysis of questionnaires and for 360 questionnaires.
