Chris Marshall BA
Chris calls on over 25 years management experience in a variety of senior roles in leading companies to work with clients on research and engagement assignments. His earlier career was with Mars, Scottish & Newcastle plc and Ernst & Young in a mixture of commercial and change management roles, before applying this wealth of experience to being a Research Director with a focus on employee engagement. At Edgecumbe Research he focuses on research strategy, survey design, interpretation, recommendations and advising and supporting post survey activity.
Chris has overall responsibility for the quality of all our assignments and our client relationships.
