David Pendleton DPhil, CPsychol, AFBpsS, (Hon) FRCGP

Dr David Pendleton is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of Said Business School at Oxford University. David had designed and delivered employee surveys for a wide range of clients in the UK and overseas. As our senior consultant, he works with client organisations to attend to issues identified through the survey process. His main interests are in leadership, top team development, talent management and performance management.

Jon Cowell MSc

Jon holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Management Development & Organisational Change, both from the University of Bristol. Following a successful consulting career as an occupational psychologist, he was appointed Organisation Development Manager and then Head of Learning & Development for a major UK energy business, from where he joined Edgecumbe in 2008.

His main areas of interest are senior management assessment and development, succession management, employee engagement and organisational change. He has extensive UK and international experience of business integration and reorganisation. He has worked in a wide variety of sectors including energy, retail, telecommunications, multi-utilities, airlines, financial services, professional practices and the NHS.
