Edgecumbe Research provides a full 360° feedback service. Whether you want to use our own question set called Primary Colours, which is based on our proprietary model of Executive Assessment, or have your own question set developed we offer:

  • A fully outsourced service allowing employees to receive an online 360° personalised feedback report prior to their annual appraisal;
  • Fully automated online process using our secure server branded to your requirements;
  • Customised question set (if required) and reporting style;

Our software enables employees to access, complete and submit 360° feedback questionnaires via the Internet. Comprehensive feedback reports are generated easily, with complete confidentiality, and returned directly to participants – either by your own HR department, or by one of our dedicated 360° team.
